How do Little Homes Compare to other tiny homes?
Our beautiful Little Homes are affordable and crafted with care. You will find that all the spaces are full size.  We believe the kitchen is an important feature in every home so we have chosen not to compromise this space in our standard plan options so you can have everything you need.  We have thought carefully about how our homes will be used and needed so have also come up with a variety of layouts to choose from whether you prefer the corner or galley kitchen style, the choice is yours entirely.

The Tiny House movement refers to an architectural and social ideal based on minimalist, simplified living with downsized living spaces. It is believed to have been around since the mid-1900s but has only recently been gaining popularity around the world. It’s a way to avoid the hefty costs of buying a big family home and also, in some cases, a way to avoid lengthy building consent procedures of building a home. Tiny homes can also be eco-friendly as they use fewer materials in the building process and, due to their size, can lend to an off-grid life that reduces the consumption of natural resources. Living Little has designed beautifully small living spaces that are little rather than tiny in order to give you the best of both worlds. You can still cut down on baggage, unnecessary hoarded items and live in a small, toasty warm, moveable home that is also big enough to live in comfort without necessarily going completely minimalist if that’s not your goal. These homes are ideal for the elderly or couples wanting to simplify their living space and escape the pressure of bonds and other extravagant household costs.
